Quick Care Retail Clinics

Hallgreens Drugs has partnered with GreenForest to provide two convenient Quick Care locations. These retail clinic locations are staffed by GreenForest employees and provide scheduled or walk-in access to medical professionals and immediate health care for minor medical issues. The Quick Care Clinics are located inside two large Hallgreens Drugs locations. Both Quick Care locations offer the same services including: diagnosis and treatment of common medical problems, vaccinations, pregnancy tests, camp and school physicals, etc.

Facility Specifics: 

• Populations Served: Each of the two locations serves primarily urban populations in the immediate vicinity of the clinics. Parents with children and independent young adults make up at least 90% of the patient population for both sites
• Payer Mix: 30% private insurance, 70% self-pay, does not accept Medicare or Medicaid
• Staffing North End Quick Care – Physicians: 1.5 – Nurse Practitioners: 3 – Physician’s Assistants:2 – Registered nurses: 4 – LPNs and MAs: 4 – Personnel (e.g., administrative): 3
• East Side Quick Care – Physicians: 1 – Nurse Practitioners: 4 – Registered nurses: 4 – LPNs and MAs: – Personnel (e.g., administrative): 2
• Technology in Use: All Quick Care locations use the same scheduling system, patients may access and request appointments online or by phone. All locations also use the same ambulatory EPIC implementation. All clinical systems are securely connected and staff at one site can access records from another site as soon as the record has been saved. An independent, commercial scheduling tool is in use at both locations.
