Grande Vie Long-term Care Center

Grande Vie Long-term Care Center, located in Sante, Washington is a highly rated facility that provides long-term care and rehabilitation services to the community and is owned by the Moyen Sante Medical Center. Technology in Use: Grande Vie implemented SigmaCare, a new-to-the market EHR system, in

2013. SigmaCare is nursing home-specific software that allows Grande Vie to electronically integrate patient records, clinical decision support for geriatric care, claims management and billing integration.
